Sizing - To help you measure….
Bust: With your arms at your side, measure around the fullest part of your bust
All measurements are in cm. Please note that our garments have 6 - 10cm ease at each measurement. The above measurements are to be used as a guide only. If you are not delighted with the products that you have chosen you may exchange them within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange when the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. We cannot accept items for an exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed. If the item you wish to receive is sold out you have the option of a store credit to be spent within three months. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing choice. If an item is on sale there is NO exchange and no refunds so please choose carefully.
How to Exchange
Liza Emanuele Head Office must be notified & approve all exchanges within 2 days of you receiving your order. To notify us of your exchange please email us at email@example.com or speak with our team on +61 8 8377 7884. No styles will be held without the your confirmation exchange form - we can not guarantee your requested item will be available, every effort will be made to fulfil your request. In the event you are unable to find a suitable item we will gladly offer you a credit note to be used within our 3 month period. Please ensure your exchange form accompanies your returning order and is returned to us within 14 days of the date that you received the order. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend you choose an traceable method of shipping as Liza Emanuele will not take responsibility for lost exchanges. Return shipping details will be provided upon approval of your exchange.
Please also allow 5 working days for your exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed to advise you of an expected return delivery date for your exchange.
Australian orders & delivery
Deliveries made in Australia will be FREE OF CHARGE!!! All orders will be processed within 24 hours. Orders will be sent during business hours. In most cases, orders will be received within 3 days. However, during busy times please allow 5 days. Should you have an urgent order/request, please contact our LIZA EMANUELE HEAD OFFICE (+61 8 8377 7884 or firstname.lastname@example.org). For all deliveries within Australia we use Express Post or registered post via Australia Post. You will be required to sign for all deliveries upon receipt and be able to track online their delivery.
International orders & delivery
Deliveries made outside of Australia will incur a flat $45.
